Dr. Zhou is appointed as a Young Editor for the International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing (IJEM). Dr. Zhou is appointed as an Associate Editor of IEEE Photonics Technology Letters (PTL, published by IEEE). PTL was established in 1989 and addresses all aspects of the IEEE Photonics Society Constitutional Field of Interest with emphasis on photonic/lightwave components and applications, laser physics and systems and laser/electro-optics technology.
