LAMB Lab Attended CHINA HI-TECH FAIR (CHTF), Shenzhen - China’s No.1 Technology Show
Interview with Shenzhen Media Group (SZMG )
LAMB lab displayed a new portable and versatile quantitative phase microscopy system at the Tech Fair. The system can measure the dynamical deformations of both transparent and reflective samples by combining both reflection mode and transmission mode into one system. Many research and industrial applications, such as biomedical imaging and advanced manufacturing, will be benefited from such development.
About CHET: Each year, CHTF is co-hosted in Shenzhen by Ministries and Commissions of the national government and Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government. For each CHTF, the total exhibition area exceeded 100,000 square meter, nearly 3,000 exhibitors from more than 50 countries and over 500,000 visitors attended. Currently, it is the largest and the most influential scientific and technological fair in China and is renowned as “the No.1 Technology Show in China”. CHTF integrates transaction of achievements, exhibition of products, high-level forum, merchant attraction of projects and cooperation & exchange and focuses on the advanced technologies and products in such fields as energy conservation, environment protection, new generation of information technologies, biology, manufacture of high-end equipment, new energies, new materials and new energy vehicles etc.

Farewell lunch for Cheng and Yao at CC College Staff Canteeen. After 3 months as a RA at LAMB lab, Cheng is leaving for Boston to continue to her graduate study at M.I.T. Yao has been a visiting student with us for 5 months, and she will continue her PhD study at HUST. Both of them have been very valuable members to our lab, especially during our lab's early establishing days. Wish them all the best in their future endeavors.
